Returns
If your candle arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund). Unopened, unused candles can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price — you’re covered for return shipping on our error; otherwise return shipping is on you. Opened or burned candles can’t be returned (safety + scent).
